These guys are professional, knowledgeable, quick, and respectful. I do all my own wrenching with the exception of wheel building. I wouldn't trust my nice wheelset builds with anyone else in the Chicagoland area. They are absolutely PROS at wheel building. They had a custom wheelset done for me in a week with spoke prep and everything. Don't believe me? Check out their eBay store to look at the amount of wheels they deal with. I've also delt with them for Fox service and warranty work and it's always a very pleasant and quick experience.
